The User Agreement will be between the user and Ezee Flights Travel Private Limited trading under the name of Ezee Flights Travel PVT.LTD. We have a registered office at: 20A IInd Floor, Shivaji Marg, Najafgarh Road , New Moti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015. Our GSTIN no: 07AACCE1337M1ZN.

Before using our services you are required to read the user agreement and accept all the terms and conditions. The same are listed below for your reference:


This user agreement incorporates the terms and conditions for Ezeeflights and its affiliate sister concern to provide services to the person or any user intending to purchase or inquiring for any our products or services of by using our website or using any other customer interface channels which includes our sales persons, call centres, offices, advertisements, information campaigns etc.

Both User and Ezeeflights are individually referred as 'party' to the agreement and collective referred to as 'parties'.


The airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.

Ezeeflights merely acts as a facilitator to enable the User to book a flight ticket. The contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline.

Airlines retain the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior intimation to EzeeFlights. As a facilitator We have no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore are not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.

Different tickets on the same airline may carry different restrictions or include different services and price.

User's Responsibility of Cognizance of This Agreement

The Users availing our services shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services for all purposes, and shall be binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User or our company with respect to any services to be provided by us shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

Our company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all our websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.

Certain products or services (e.g. hotel reservations) may be provided by third party suppliers. In addition to this Agreement, there are certain terms of service (TOS) specific to the services rendered/ products provided by us like the air tickets, rail, holiday packages etc. Such TOS will be provided or updated by us, which shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. The User shall be required to read and accept the relevant TOS for the service/ product availed by the User.

Additionally, the Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service (for example, flights, hotel reservations, packages, etc.). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers' fare rules, contract of carriage or other rules.

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any other document, then these terms shall control.

Third Party Account Information

By using services offered across our websites, the User authorizes Ezeeflights and its agents to access third party sites, including that of Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information.

The User is fully responsible for all activities that occur while using their account. It is the duty of the User to notify us immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the User as a result of unauthorized use of his account, either with or without his knowledge. The User shall not use anyone else's account at any time.

Fees Payment

• Ezeeflights reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. We further reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

• The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.

• In case, there is a short charging by us for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

• Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

• In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. Ezeeflights is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.

• The User shall request Ezeeflights for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and Ezeeflights as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

• We reserve the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. We further reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

Booking Terms

The booking will be made in the name of the person who acts on behalf of the other persons. The person on whose name the reservations will be made will automatically become responsible for all the payments in respect of the booking.

If the departure is after eight weeks, you must make the complete payment and all the cost regarding your travel arrangements. As we do not send reminders, if you fail to make the payment of remaining amount, you reservation will be cancelled. In the light of inability to inform us regarding the changes or any other unavoidable circumstances, we are entitled to cancel your travel arrangements for non-payment. If we will have to cancel your plans, we will also charge you with cancellation charges.

Booking Confirmation & Issuance of Tickets

An e-ticket will be raised for every reservation or booking made on our website. The ticket will be sent through the medium of electronic mail on the passenger`s email id provided to us by the passenger at the time of the booking.

Payment Conditions

Payment should be done in advance for all the tours or services unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa and MasterCard under the condition that you provide us with a photocopy of your passport and a credit card authorization form, both to be sent to us via fax.

It is advised that you give us the right payment details or correct card details for the purpose of making reservations. On the off chance that you don't provide a Visa or other details required to charge/or precise cardholder data, ticket issuance might be postponed and may add up to expenses. We maintain authority to cancel the ticket upon issue if the installment or the remaining balance is declined or if we receive the incorrect information of the credit/debit card. To minimize and avoid credit card fraud, we can also conduct random checks which also include voter lists.

We do not collect or store your credit card details. The information you provide will be secured in absolute safety in the technical system of global technology security (SSL) of MasterCard and Bank when you process payment.


Any information which is specifically mentioned by Ezeeflights as Confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the user and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the parties therein.

The User warrants that they will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. The User further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction.

The User represent and confirm that the User is of legal age to enter into a binding contract and is not a person barred from availing the Services under the laws of India or other applicable law.

Payment Refund

Our organization has the right to refund the genuine paid estimation of the ticket to the passenger who initially paid for the ticket, contemplating the fare confinements appeared in the ticket. Service charges are non-refundable in any conditions. The refund will be credited to the Visa card or account which was initially utilized to make the purchase.

If your flight has been cancelled or cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

We will refund the amount as per our payment guidelines and the process might take around 45-60 days approximately. The refundable amount credited to the charged card of the card proprietor can change from the initially charged sum due to the differences in the currency rates. Few tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and in such cases NO REFUNDS will be made. This is plainly expressed under the admission rules and the same would apply to such exchanges.

The User shall request us for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and Ezeeflights as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

Third Party Links or Services

We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages. We do not endorse any advertiser on its web pages in any manner. The Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

The linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We are providing these links to the Users only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by Ezeeflights.

Safety Of The Data Downloaded

The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

Nevertheless, we will always make our best endeavours to ensure that the content on its websites or other information channels are free of any virus or such other malwares.

Proprietary Rights

1. We may provide the User with contents such as sound, photographs, graphics, video or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information. This material may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and laws.

2. The User may use this material only as expressly authorized by us and shall not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization.

3. The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not upload post, reproduce, or distribute any content on or through the Services that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right of a third party, without obtaining the written permission of the owner of such right.

4. Any copyrighted or other proprietary content distributed with the consent of the owner must contain the appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights notice. The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject the User to personal liability or criminal prosecution.

5. Unless otherwise specified, our services are for the User's personal and non - commercial use. The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the our website(s) without the express written approval from Ezeeflights.

Updation of the Information

User acknowledges that we provide services with reasonable diligence and care. We endeavour our best to ensure that User does not face any inconvenience. However, at some times, the information, software, products, and services included in or available through the our websites or other sales channels and ad materials may include inaccuracies or typographical errors which will be immediately corrected as soon as we notice them. Changes are/may be periodically made/added to the information provided such. We may make improvements or changes in our websites at any time without any notice to the User. Any advice received except through an authorized representative of our company or our website should not be relied upon for any decisions.

Schedules, Cancellations & Delays

Flight schedules appeared on the website, in timetables, brochures or somewhere else are subject to change and may change between the date of reservation and the date of departure. The Airline may modify or change whenever and every once in a while postpone or cancel any flight to any day other than the booked day. We will do our best to make efforts to apply all the informative measures to inform our passengers of any change in or deferment of the flight plan; however we won't be at responsible in any capacity for any misfortune or harm that may happen because of any such change, cancellation or delay of the flight.

Follow up/ Check-ins

Passenger is requested to check-in 3 hours before the departure time of the long-haul flight and if you have a short-haul flight, you are required to check-in 2 hours prior your scheduled departure. You must follow up to know about any change or delay in your flight schedule before 72 hours from the airlines.

Health and Insurance

It is advisable that the passenger acquires adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property. You must check the accuracy and correctness of the policies and in case of any errors report the same to the Insurance Company to rectify it we will not be responsible for the same.

Please note that any claim would have to be referred by you directly to the insurance company and we are only the facilitators. Please ensure that you must carry your travel insurance policy document with you on your tour.

Age & Responsibility

If you use this site, you alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, username and your password/s. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You represent that you are of age prescribed by law to be eligible to enter into contract, and use this to create binding reciprocal legal obligations, and are capable, ready and willing to discharge any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

Accuracy of Information

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this Website. Under no circumstances will Ezeeflights be liable for any loss or direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages caused by reliance on this information. The information on this Website may be changed or updated without notice. We may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programs described on this site at any time without notice.

Change in Proposed Fare

The information and prices shown on our website are subject to change and may have changed by the time you book your flight with us. The fares mentioned on our website are subject to change without any notification. Whilst every effort is ensured to see that the accuracy of the website and prices at the time of printing, errors do occur however. You (group leader) must therefore ensure to check all details of your chosen holiday with us at the time of booking (this included the price of holidays). This website is our sole responsibility. It is not issued on behalf of, and does not commit any independent organization/carriers whose services are featured in it.


In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your flight or stay and have any reason to make a complaint, kindly informs our local agent and the supplier of the service(s) immediately. All verbal notification must be put in writing and must be passed on to our local agent as soon as possible. We need to know about a problem and/or complaint before we can begin to resolve it. We will try our very best to resolve the issues for you. Please bear in mind that only the passenger travelling is required to write to us. Should you fail to follow this simple complaints procedure, your right to claim compensation you may be entitled to may be affected or even lost.
